ASHTANGA YOGA

Utilizing the poses as they are appropriate for the individual practitioner, the Ashtanga Primary series combines yoga postures with breath work, motion, and visual focal points to create a dynamic, powerful, and portable yoga practice.    

 

Ashtanga Yoga takes place from 9:15am-10:30am on Tuesday, and Wednesday from 6:30-8:30pm (new students please arrive at 7pm). We also hold monthly open mats at Backbone and other local studios.
