FAQs

"I'm not flexible/strong. Can I still do yoga?"

Absolutely.  Yoga is not just about flexibility, or strength, or making weird shapes.  Yoga asana (posture) practice links breath with movement in order to create openings in the body, repair damaged sites, and bring the practitioner to a state of mind/body balance.

You're not the least flexible, or most apprehensive or skeptical person to have ever tried yoga.  Grab a mat and join us.  You won't regret it.

"Which class should I come to first?"

We recommend coming to a Hot Vinyasa Basics class (Tues @ 8:15pm) or Ashtanga on Wednesday at 7pm.  Additionally, Please check our workshop section for up and coming Intro to Yoga workshops.  You will receive hands on adjustments and individual attention in each class.  If you are unable to attend a hot vinyasa basics please contact us to schedule a private introductory session.

"Do I have to do anything I'm uncomfortable doing?"

No student is required to do any posture that could cause harm to their body.  We give variations and modifications for all postures, and props are offered when needed/required.

"What are your prices?  Do you have class packages or memberships?"

New students can purchase a two week unlimited trial for $45.  Thereafter, we have both class packages and memberships available for your convenience.  There are a variety of pricing options as well as discounts for students and seniors.  Classes can be purchased online or in the studio.  Please click on the schedule tab for the studio you are looking to attend.  Our MindBody scheduler will give you a list of packages and memberships with prices. Gift Certificates are also available online, or they can be purchased in person.  Local residents, your first class is on us!  If you are out of town, please purchase a drop in.
