Morgan Adams is a Yoga Alliance 200 hour E-RYT, YACEP who teaches weekly Vinyasa and Ashtanga Inspired classes, as well as international yoga retreats. Her classes are strong and creative, yet light-hearted and open-level. She encourages you to step out of your comfort zone, knowing you are supported both mentally and physically. Inversions are by far her favorite, while Ashtanga helps her maintain a complete self practice.
Morgan loves being a forever student and is continuously pursuing new knowledge and trainings to further her studies. Her most recent training with Yoga Medicine has introduced her to new methods of thinking about movement and the human body. Together she uses yoga and Myofascial Release (MFR) to create a greater modality for healing.
Outside of yoga, she has combined her love of travel and jewelry making to form her own handmade jewelry business, One.With.Nature (O.W.N).
